Deer antlers are one of the most amazing tissues in nature. At one time of year, the forming crown is so fragile that damage may cause a buck to bleed to death. Later, while hard, the bones easily withstand fights with rival bucks, yet in winter the antlers actually drop off, as you’ll see in this amazing glimpse of nature.
