Sturm Ruger & Company will donate $2 from every gun sold in 2015 and 2016 to the NRA in support of Second Amendment rights. This may not sound like a huge donation, but multiplied by the number of guns sold in a year’s time, the amount can be significant. Ruger has long been a household name in firearms and is known for quality. I’m headed for the mountains of Western Colorado in mid-October and I’ll be carrying a new Ruger American rifle ready for the rugged challenge. Here’s the official announcement.
Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. has pledged to donate $2 for each new Ruger firearm sold between the 2015 and 2016 NRA Annual Meetings, with the goal of giving $4,000,000.
