Upland bird hunting is popular across much of the country, and gaining popularity every year.  There is just something about hunting pheasant and quail.

Do you know how to clean a pheasant?  It really is not too hard.  It could be done with just a knife, but sometimes a pair of pruning shears helps in the process.
