Quail are meant to be shot, not caught. But I suppose if you are able to catch a quail, it will reduce the number of birdshot you have to pick out later on.
This hunter was hunting quail as one quail on a suicide mission flew right into his hands.
Just the thought of catching a quail seemed impossible to me until I saw this video. I watched it several times in disbelief, as will you. Check it out.
