I’ve witnessed turkeys beating up on another turkey after it was shot and on the ground, but I’ve never seen a whitetail react in the same way.
Check out this video of a buck being shot. As if that’s not bad enough for the deer, another buck comes in and picks a fight with the now-dead deer.
The rut must have been in full swing, and the live buck thought this would be a good opportunity to get his aggression out.
