It has been said the real work begins after an animal has been harvested. The animal has to be field dressed, taken out of the woods or field, and eventually processed. This all takes time, and a lot of hunters are looking for the quickest and easiest method to do these things while still doing a good job.
Hunting guide and taxidermist Marty Davison has an unique way to field dress deer that will save time while still allowing you to doing the job properly. Marty knows what he’s doing, as he field dresses dozens of deer each year. Follow him along as he field dresses a deer upside down (the deer, not Marty).
