Elk bugle and whitetail deer grunt, but impala snort as a mating sound. It’s one of the strangest sounds you’ll hear in the wild. As you’ll (very plainly) see, it seems to get the male in the mood. Imagine walking back to camp in the dark and hearing this sound from the bush? Yikes.
