Wild hogs are known for the destruction they cause to land, but rarely do we here about the destruction they do to other wildlife.
A photo was taken in Louisiana of a sounder of wild pigs carrying off a fawn. Just one more reason to hunt these animals.
Many Louisiana does are dropping their fawns now, and those young deer will be targeted by omnivorous feral hogs, according to Scott Durham, a deer biologist with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
