Along with bacon, pizza, and wings, about every person alive loves venison jerky, especially those folks who realize that deer meat has all of those healthy attributes that expensive protein foods advertise.
Normally, making jerky requires a smoker for outside preparation or hours of time in the kitchen, where mom isn’t always happy about using her tools.
