Crosman Corporation, long known for creating innovative, high quality products for the shooting sports, announces the renewal of a multi-year endorsement partnership with professional hunter Jim Shockey and his television show, Jim Shockey’s Hunting Adventures, airing on The Outdoor Channel.

“Jim Shockey is one of the most accomplished hunters of our time, and is a great ambassador for the sport,” says Crosman Vice President of Marketing, Jennifer Lambert.  “As a natural extension of our partnership, we’re pleased to introduce the first in the new line of Jim Shockey Signature Series Airguns.  To showcase all the exciting ways people can hunt with Benjamin Airguns, look for them on the television show Jim Shockey’s Hunting Adventures,” says Lambert.

“Crosman and Benjamin have a 90 year history of producing innovative airguns and elevating the sport beyond backyard pest control,” says Shockey.  “Now we’ve joined forces to create the Benjamin Legacy air rifle.  The first of the Jim Shockey Signature Series air rifles, the Legacy allows hunters to take on new and exciting airgun hunting challenges,” Shockey added.

The Benjamin Legacy delivers speeds up to 1200 feet per second and features an adjustable comb for a custom fit and soft-touch inserts for firm control.  The synthetic, ambidextrous stock is lightweight, while the barrel features an integrated sound suppression system enhancing the 70% sound reduction already provided by its patented Nitro Piston® technology.  The gun is equipped with an adjustable, two-stage trigger, sling mounts and a stylish recoil pad with a customized Jim Shockey medallion.  In addition, the rifle is outfitted with a precision CenterPoint 3-9×40 mm riflescope.  The Jim Shockey Signature Series Benjamin Legacy break barrels are available in .22 and .177 calibers with an MSRP of $349.99.  They are available now at key retailers including Cabela’s Stores, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Big 5 and select Academy stores.
