As deer hunters, we rarely head afield in large numbers.
Even though you may hear jokes about the “pumpkin army,” we don’t get the sense that we are part of big numbers, like what you’d see at at football game. Ironically, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Texas put enough combined hunters afield to fill all 31 NFL stadiums in the country.
