The title of this might be wrong. Instead of hunting, it’s more of an eradication.
Wild hogs are a problem across much of the United States, and it’s only getting worse. State agencies are doing what they can to reduce the number of hogs that are causing damage to property and costing landowners billions of dollars.
One way hogs are being reduced is by using helicopters to shoot the animals. This is only a drop in the bucket. It will almost be impossible to really make a noticeable difference.
