This video shows one of the most exciting hunts in North America. Calling a wild turkey and watching it slowly move closer is one thing, but luring a 600-lb. elk with massive antlers into your lap turns the volume to super blast.

Getting really close to a big bull elk isn’t that unusual, yet getting a clear shot rarely happens. This hunter knew when to draw his bow and had a diaphragm caller in his mouth, which stopped the big bull in exactly the right place. Had he tried to swing with the moving animal, he’d risk hitting too far back. Watch and enjoy!
