With a show girl on each arm and a martini glass in each hand, former mayor Oscar Goodman, host for the Las Vegas Convention’s Authority, toasts himself  by sipping from two martini glasses simultaneously at the ribbon cutting of the SCI convention. “I don’t think I’ve ever done that before,” quipped the flamboyant Goodman, yet he never spilled a drop.
