Coyotes do not always approach a setup they way you’d like.
They’ll often circle around the hunter/caller, catch human scent or movement, and bust out of the area before the hunter ever knew they were in the area. To combat this problem, buddy up with another hunter.
As Mark Kayser of North American Hunter explains in this video, two hunters are better than one when going after the wiley coyote.
