Anglers get to witness some amazing sights out on the water. There are sunrises and sunsets, seen from a vantage point in the middle of a lake or out on the ocean that landlubbers don’t get to see. Even better than the scenery above the water are the glimpses of what’s going on beneath the surface: fish swimming, chasing and, if you watch closely, jumping out of the water to put on a show or escape a predator. Sport Fishing magazine recently featured their top 20 jumping fish photos from readers who were lucky enough to see amazing flying fish — and fast enough to catch the action on camera.
