Sometimes it’s necessary to take shots at long distances in order to make a kill. That’s fine, but only if you’re qualified to take such a shot.
The Best of the West TV show from the Outdoor Channel has compiled some amazing shots at long distances. Don’t try such shots until you’re familiar with your weapon and have the confidence to make these shots. If possible, allow your quarry to approach as close as possible before squeezing the trigger.
